There have been reported attempts to steal bank or e-wallet customer's personal information through short messaging system (SMS) or text pretending to be BancNet.
Be aware that BancNet does not and will never ask for never ask for your personal information.
TO BE SAFE FROM SCAMS
1. Do not give personal information such as your card number, user name, password, ATM PIN and one-time PIN to anyone.
2. Do not click on links sent through text or e-mail to verify your account as these are bogus links to steal your personal information.
3. If you receive such text or e-mail, please report it immediately to your bank or e-wallet provider.
