Credit assistance to the buyers of socialized, low-cost and medium cost housing units from the LBP-accredited Developers

Eligible Borrowers

  • Same with EHL plus
  • With endorsement from LBP-accredited Developer

Loan Purpose

Purchase of lot, house & lot, townhouse and condominium unit from LBP accredited developer

Amount of Loan

  • Up to 90% of contract price provided within borrowing capacity of client

Borrowing Capacity

  • 30% of gross monthly income of borrower and his/her spouse (private applicants)

Govt. employee, required monthly net take home pay shall be observed per current GAA

Loan Value

  • 70% of appraised value for loans of P3.5 M and below

60% of appraised value for loans above P3.5 M

Term of Loan

Maximum of 20 years provided combined age of principal borrower and loan term shall not exceed 65

Fees and Charges

a) Application/ Filing Fee  of  P2,000.00  (non-refundable)     

b) Appraisal and Inspection Fees per CPI no. 2014-003 dated 12 February 2014

c) Pre-release charges

d) Handling Fee of 1/10 of 1% based on amount approved          

e) Commitment Fee of ½% of the unavailed amount

f) Notarial Fee:   Minimum of P500.00

g) Documentary Stamps Tax per PN

h) Insurance Premium on MRI & Fire

i) BIR & Registry of Deeds Registration Fees
