You may unlock your User ID via the new self-service feature of iAccess. Please refer to the following steps:
1. Click Unlock your iAccess ID? from https://www.lbpiaccess.com/
2. Enter your iAccess ID and click Submit.
3. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) to be sent to your registered email address. The OTP is valid within the next 30 minutes from the time of request.
4. Answer the Challenge Question (nominated upon enrollment)
Note:
The answer to the Challenge Question should be within the required parameters such as the following:
a) Maximum of 15 characters. Please disregard any character in excess of the limit.
b) Spaces, commas (,) and periods (.) are recognized by the system and are also counted as characters.
c) The answer to the Challenge Question is NOT case sensitive.
5. Once your iAccess account has been unlocked. Click "Log-in" to proceed.
