The Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) hereby invites interested parties to participate in the public auction of assets indicated below. All bids shall be submitted electronically on or before 23 May 2023.  Only electronic bids that are successfully uploaded to the Secure File Transfer Facility (SFTF) of LANDBANK on or before the deadline shall be accepted.

Lot No. 2 - Unserviceable/Obsolete ATM/ATM Cassettes
Minimum Bids for:

2.2 Batch A-24-05U (2 Items) - Php 11,450.00

Lot No. 3 - Unserviceable/Obsolete Office Equipment/Supplies
(Batch A-24-05U; 50 Items)
Minimum Bid: Php 73,590.00

The above items are available for inspection at LANDBANK Antipolo Warehouse located at Brgy. Mambugan, Antipolo City, Rizal and Pasig Warehouse located at LANDBANK Dr. Sixto Antonio Branch, Dr. Sixto Avenue, Pasig City during working days, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 PM, upon prior arrangement with Mr. Dennis Nuque of the Facilities Management Department through telephone number 8522-0000 local 2264.

Copies of Invitation to Bid (Disposal of Assets) may be secured by interested bidders from Mr. Jan Paule Aqui T. Libuna of the Procurement Department with telephone number 8522-0000 local 4297.

All prospective bidders are invited to see the actual condition of the items, since the sale shall be on "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" basis. LANDBANK reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality found therein or accept the bid proposal which in its judgment is most advantageous. LANDBANK's decision on the matter shall be final and binding.
