JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receives and process various documents including Disbursement Orders (DO), loan-related documents from Clustered Branches/Field Units and validates completeness of documents. Encodes transactions accurately in the system (FMS) and updates daily posting of transactions in the Ledger System or Loan System. Prepares and generates reports and maintains orderly files of accounting records/documents/repots/schedules and ensures availability upon request. Does other work that may be assigned.
