Merchant Terms & Conditions: The SM Store & VISA
Promo Mechanics:
1. A minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 at any The SM Store (only transactions within the store; exclude mall selling), using your Philippine-issued VISA credit, debit or prepaid card, from January 15 to March 31, 2016, gives the cardholders a chance to instantly win P5,000 (SM Gift Pass) Shopping Spree at The SM Store.
2. Qualified transaction should be made from January 15 to March 31, 2016.
3. Upon completing a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 using your VISA card, the SM transaction receipt will display the following information:

4. To claim the prize, the cardholder must present the winning SM transaction receipt, charge slip and the VISA Card used at the Customer Service Counter A (BCO) of The SM Store where the transaction was made.
5. Customer Service Supervisor/Manager must verify (verification – they will simply check receipt and the winning credit/debit /prepaid card, no need for an ID) the winning transaction prior to awarding of prizes to the cardholder. Winner must surrender Claim Stub to Customer Service Representative.
6. Upon claiming of prizes, the transaction receipt will be marked/ stamped “CLAIMED” while the Claim Stub will be collected by The SM Store.
7. Cardholder can only claim his/her Prizes for a winning transaction at the same branch of The SM Store where the transaction was made. (Note: If winner refuses to claim on the same day due to an emergency or for whatever personal reason – it will be handled on a branch to branch, case to case basis. Customer Service may list down details to accommodate winners the next day or next week. If winner sends representatives – rep must have authorization letter from winner; 2 valid IDs of the winner; 2 valid IDs of her/his own. )
8. All prizes are not convertible to cash.
9. The SM Store / VISA will not replace lost or damaged prizes caused by the winner/cardholder.
10. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold The SM Store and VISA free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
11. Employees, Management and Board of Directors of SM Retail Inc., its affiliates, accredited agencies and their relatives, up to the second degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from winning.

Participants are eligible to win only once per draw. Monthly winners are eligible to participate in the grand draw. SELECTION PROCESS Qualified account holders who complete payment transactions will earn one (1) raffle entry for each transaction made. The promotion follows a “one transaction, one raffle entry system”, with no limit to the number of entries an account holder can accumulate. Transaction reference numbers generated through the Link.BizPortal, POS terminal, and e-commerce platforms will automatically serve as the participants’ raffle entries. Winners will be selected randomly through an automated e-raffle draw, with each draw based on the participants’ unique Transaction Reference Numbers, Account Number, and Account Name. The monthly cut-off shall be on the last day of the month. Participants are eligible to win only once per draw. All raffle entries during the promo will remain eligible for the grand raffle draw scheduled on February 14, 2025. A DTI Representative is invited to supervised the promo. The raffle draw will be held at LANDBANK Plaza, Malate, Manila The names of the raffle winners will be posted on the LANDBANK’s official social media channels. LANDBANK Employees, including relatives up tp 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified to join. OTHER TERMS The deposit account of the winner must be active and not closed during the promo period until the cash prize is credited to their account. The Bank will cover all applicable taxes for the grand raffle draw winners.
