The LANDBANK Bulk Credit System (LBCS) Facility is a web-based application enabling institutional clients to perform electronic batch crediting or fund transfer to intended recipients such as:

  • constituents
  • members
  • pensioners
  • investors
  • borrowers
  • beneficiaries
  • creditors
  • suppliers

Batch crediting made easier

The LBCS Facility is connected to the PESONet and InstaPay platforms for batch crediting to local banks and e-Money issuers (EMIs).
 

Streamline your disbursement process

1.   Send the following to LANDBANK through encrypted and secured file transfer facility:

  • Batch crediting file or template
  • Authority to Debit from Account for LBCS 

      Cut-off time to send file to LANDBANK is 2:00PM.

2.   Funds wil be credited to the individual accounts of the intended receipients. 

  • For LANDBANK accounts: Same day crediting
  • For Other Banks/EMIs: 
    • via PESONet: 1-3 banking days, subject to response of the other bank
    • via InstaPay: Real-time crediting

3.   LANDBANK will send a report of the transactions processed and their corresponding status.

  • Any error shall be referred to you for appropriate action
  • Total amount rejected by the batch crediting shall be credited back to your account

REQUIREMENTS

  • Board Resolution/Secretary’s Certificate
  • Memorandum of Agreement
  • Settlement/Deposit Account with an Average Daily Balance of P1 Million and a positive Account Relationship Earning

PROCESSING FEE

A fee shall be collected from the client for every successful credit to each destination account. The client will be billed on a monthly basis.
