Jaime L. Miralles

A graduate of the University of the East Law School, Atty. Jaime L. Miralles served as a Commissioner at the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) from 1998-2001, then practiced labor law for many years before joining back to the Government as Trustee of Home Development Mutual Fund- PAG-ibig, representing the Labor Sector, from 2010-2017.

Currently, he is a member of the Land Bank Board representing Agrarian Reform beneficiaries. With his vast experience and familiarity with the basic concepts and problems of the sector he represents, he could be an instrument in crafting relevant policies of the Institution.

Moreover, as a distinguished Labor Law practitioner and a labor leader, Atty. Jaime, later became prominent in the labor movement to end the rule of the martial law. Through the years, he has resolutely maintained unswerving commitment and service to the cause of the industrial and agrarian workers. Currently, Atty. Jaime serves as a Chairperson of the Risk Oversight committee and Vice Chairperson of Audit and Compliance, and Related Party Transaction Committees. He is also a member of the Agri-Agra Social Concerns, Investment and Loan, and Corporate Governance committees.
