LANDBANK receives Philippine Quality Award for proficiency in quality management

LANDBANK CEO and President Alex Buenaventura received on behalf of LANDBANK the Philippine Quality Award (PQA), conferred by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte at the Malacañang Palace. The Bank was recognized for its proficiency in quality management. LANDBANK is one out of 16 organizations awarded in the 18th Cycle of Recipient Organizations (2015-2017).

LANDBANK was conferred the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) in the 18th Cycle of Recipient Organizations (2015-2017) for its effort to attain and sustain quality service and performance.

LANDBANK is one of 16 organizations from both public and private sectors recognized for attaining exemplary levels of organizational performance. The award is bestowed on organizations that have shown excellence in quality service and management. They have been evaluated by the PQA community — which is made up of industry professionals — based on the following criteria: leadership; strategy; customer; measurement, analysis, and knowledge management; workforce; operations; and results.
