I. Qualifications

The promo is exclusive to Visa credit, debit, prepaid cards issued in the Philippines.

II. How to Avail

To avail of the discount, Cardholder must go to www.foodpanda.ph or download the Foodpanda mobile app on App Store or Google Play and proceed with the following steps:

1. Sign up or Log in
2. Input the delivery location
3. Choose from the available restaurants/shops under Delivery and Pick-up in the area
4. Place order worth at least the minimum order value
5. Tap “Apply a voucher” and enter applicable Voucher Code
6. Pay using a qualified card. Discount is applied to the total purchase upon checkout

III. Terms and Conditions

1. Partner is not an agent of any of the participating merchants or outlets and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and services provided. All feedback regarding the quality of goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant or outlet.
    
2. The Promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant that requires a voucher/promo code.
    
3. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
    
4. In case of dispute in respect of the Partner only and the clients' availment of the Promo, the decision of the Partner with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves the Foodpanda and its performance and/or delivery of services to customers, subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below, the decision of Foodpanda with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
    
5. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the Partner’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and applicable laws.
    
6. Terms and conditions governing the Partner’s products, services, facilities and channels, which are made an integral part of hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to the Promo. 
    
7. Vouchers, discounts and promos and the use of the foodpanda platform shall likewise be governed by the foodpanda Terms of Use and pandapro Terms and Conditions.

IV. Offer Description

1. Code: VISANEW35.
2. 35% off, max. discount P300, min spend P800.
3. Minimum spend per transaction: Php 800 Minimum spend is based on gross food order value which is defined as the user’s total food order value before any discount and shipping are applied.
4. Valid on food delivery and pick up, shops, and pandamart.
5. Valid for new foodpanda users.
6. Each discount voucher can be used by a qualified new user on foodpanda.
7. Up to: One (1) time/s per foodpanda user ID during the promo period
