MC x SSI E-RAFFLE PROMO

Terms and Conditions

  1. The promo (promotion) will run from December 10, 2022 - January 15, 2023.
  2. The promo is open to all customers. Employees of the Stores Specialists, Inc. (SSI), their affiliates, their advertising agency, including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
  3. For every single receipt, minimum spend of P 5,000 using a Philippine-issued Mastercard credit and debit card in all participating SSI brands (see appendix for complete list of brands) a customer will be entitled to 1 raffle entry. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries that may be earned per customer.
  4. With every P5,000 spent that entitles the customer to 1 raffle entry, 2 trees will be donated to the Conservation International Foundation in support of the Priceless Planet Coalition.
  5. To qualify for the promo, the customer is required to join the promotion via the following steps:

For Store and E-Commerce Transactions:

a. Register a raffle entry electronically via http://ssimastercardchristmas.ssilife.com.ph/
b. The customer must fill-up the electronic raffle coupon and provide a name, address, transaction details (invoice no.), valid email and / or a valid mobile number and the first 8 digits of the credit or debit card number used to pay for the transaction being registered. The customer will receive a raffle entry confirmation via email or SMS with a unique raffle code number.

  1. The cut-off date for registration of raffle entries is on January 20, 2023, Friday. The raffle draw is on January 27, 2023, Friday and will be done digitally via a virtual conference call in the presence of SSI and DTI representatives.
  2. Announcement of winners is on February 3, 2023, Friday. Eleven (11) lucky winners will get any of the following prizes:

Minor Prizes – 10 winners of Php 100,000 SSI shopping spree

  • P 100,000 worth of SSI Purple Cards (electronic gift certificate) will be issued to the ten (10) winners which can be used in participating SSI Brands nationwide. All terms and conditions relating to the SSI Purple Card as indicated in the SSI Life website shall apply.

Grand Prize - P 500,000 SSI shopping spree

  • A P 500,000 worth of SSI Purple Cards (electronic gift certificate) will be issued to the (1) winner which can be used in participating SSI Brands nationwide. All terms and conditions relating to the SSI Purple Card as indicated in the SSI Life website shall apply.

All taxes relative to the prizes shall be shouldered by SSI. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

  1. The winners and their transactions will be validated by SSI. Winners will be notified via email and / or SMS and via registered mail. Winners will also be announced via SSI’s social media accounts.
  2.  A customer may only win once. In the event that a customer’s name was picked more than once during the raffle draw, the customer automatically receives the prize with the higher value. The prize with the lesser value will be awarded to another winner.
  3. Prizes must be redeemed within 60 days from receipt of notification. All unclaimed prizes and gift certificates shall be forfeited in favor of SSI, with approval from DTI. Prizes such as gift certificates and merchandise must be claimed at the SSI Head Office located in Midland Building, 403 Sen. Gil Puyat St., Buendia Ave., Makati City. In case the winner is from the province, claiming of the prize may be done at an SSI store location nearest to the address of the winner. The specific branch or location should be identified and agreed upon by both SSI and the winner. A valid identification card must be presented when claiming the prize.
  4. The customer is responsible for safekeeping the electronic gift certificates, inspecting details indicated in the documents and monitoring expiry dates. SSI shall not be obliged to replace, or refund lost or expired vouchers and gift certificates.
  5. Any duplication, refund or cancellation of orders or transactions may result in the disqualification of raffle entries.
  6. Winners who claimed their prizes will be ineligible to refund or cancel the transaction that they enrolled in the promo.
  7. All information shared via SSI’s microsite will be governed by the Philippine Data Privacy Act. By registering for the promo, the customer agrees that all information shall be subject to confidentiality and security terms of SSI and of the third-party entity managing the site for SSI. The customer agrees to receive emails or SMS messages in relation to the promo, such as but not limited to email or SMS confirming raffle entries.
  8. By participating in this promo, the winners agree to participate in any video or photo coverage that may be used in SSI’s accounts such as but not limited to facebook, instagram, youtube and website.
  9. By accepting and/or using the prizes, the customer agrees to hold SSI free and harmless from any injury, loss or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the promo and acceptance/use of the gift certificates.

LANDBANK IpoNalo Promo

MECHANICS 1. LANDBANK IpoNalo Promo is open to all new and existing private individual and institutional LANDBANK deposit account holders. 2. The winning e-raffle tickets shall be drawn using the LANDBANK IpoNalo Raffle System. 9. Gadget prizes are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash. 10. Major cash prizes shall be credited to the accounts of the winners. 11. Withholding tax on cash prizes shall be paid by the bank. 12. Winners shall be notified by the LANDBANK Corporate Affairs Group (CAG) via registered mail, email and mobile number and will also be published on LANDBANK’s official Facebook Page. 13. Names of winners shall be posted on the LANDBANK website and other official social media pages (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Viber, etc.) 14. To claim the prize, winner must present the following to the branch of account: a) one (1) photo-bearing government issued ID b) Copy of notification letter sent by Corporate Affairs Group 15. The winner shall personally sign the Acknowledgement Receipt at the branch where the winning deposit account is maintained. a) For Sole Proprietorship, the receipt of the prize shall be to the proprietor/owner of the winning deposit account. b) For joint “and” accounts, all depositors must be present to sign the Acknowledgement Receipt. If a co-depositor is not available, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) must be executed in favor of the other depositor to sign the Acknowledgement Receipt. In case of “or” account, any one of the depositors may sign in the Acknowledgement Receipt, provided the other depositor was properly informed by the depository branch. c) For Institutional depositors, authorized signatories may sign in the Acknowledgement Receipt. 16. If the winner is unavailable/unable to claim the prize personally, an original copy of a notarized Special Power-of-Attorney (SPA) must be presented authorizing a representative to claim the prize on their behalf. 17. The deposit account of the winner must be active and not closed during the promo period until the cash prize is credited to their account. 18. All other expenses in claiming the prizes shall be paid by the winners-depositors. 19. Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification. 20. Prizes not claimed until December 31, 2025, shall be forfeited in favor of the Bank with prior approval of DTI. Other Conditions 21. Winners should agree to be featured on the LANDBANK website and other official social media pages (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Viber, etc.). 22. That by participating on this LANDBANK IpoNalo Promo, the accountholder winner/s hereby agrees to authorize LANDBANK to use and disclose their personal information, including but not limited to their name and branch of account for whatever marketing purposes relative to this promo. Furthermore, agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on LANDBANK Website, social media pages, and press releases. 23. The prize of an accountholder whose account was closed, for whatever reason, as of the date of raffle prize crediting, is automatically forfeited. 24. All disputes related to the promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period. 25. In case of any dispute, the decision of the LANDBANK with the concurrence of DTI shall be final with respect to the Promo, including eligibility, e-raffle ticket entitlement and prize crediting. 26. LANDBANK reserves the right to refuse to award the prize if the documents submitted are incomplete, insufficient, and inadequate or when the Bank has any reason to believe that any of the documents submitted is spurious or forged. 27. The Bank, in concurrence of DTI, reserves the right to discontinue, or cancel the promo at any time. 28.
