VISA Super Raffle 2023

MECHANICS:

  1. For a minimum single receipt purchase of PHP2,000 via Tap to Pay through VISA Card (credit, debit and prepaid) in any of the participating SM Retail Affiliate gives the cardholder one (1) electronic raffle entry for a chance to win one of the six (6) brand-new Hyundai Stargazer 1.5 GL IVT in Dragon Red and one of the five (5) brand new Hyundai Creta 1.5 GL IVT in Dragon Red. The cardholder must enroll his/her transaction by scanning the QR code. Customer to input: Full Name, Full Address, Contact Number, Name of Merchant, Upload of Receipt
     
  2. Purchase of cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert Tickets, Bills Payment products, and other product at the Customer Service Counter are not entitled to any raffle entry.
     
  3. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed to be eligible for a raffle entry. 
     
  4. Promo period is from October 1 to November 30, 2023. 
     
  5. Deadline of submission of entries is on November 30, 2023 at 10PM or mall’s closing hours. 
     
  6. Electronic Raffle Draw will be held on December 5, 2023 in the presence of DTI and SM representative. There will be 6 winners of brand-new Hyundai Stargazer 1.5 GL IVT in Dragon Red and 5 Creta 1.5 GL IVT in Dragon Red. 
     
  7. Winner can only be drawn once. In case a name was drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value. SM Supermalls and Visa reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry. 
     
  8. The winner’s Visa credit card account must be active and in good standing for the duration of the raffle draw and the 60-day redemption period. 
     
  9. Participants shall be solely responsible for any taxes or duties payable by them as a result of participation in the promotion or winning the prize. 
     
  10. Prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferrable. 
     
  11. Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim the prize. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of SM Supermalls with the prior approval of DTI. 
     
  12. Winners will be notified via phone call through contact details given (where to claim the prize), and announced via social media sites of participating SM malls. 
     
  13. Upon claiming his/her prize, winner must present registered mail, two (2) government issued IDs (any of the following: Driver’s License, SSS, Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN)
     
  14. Winner must present his/her winning VISA Credit Card upon claiming his/her prize. 
     
  15. Requirement of winner’s representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, winner’s registered mail, winning claim stub, photocopy of winner’s VISA credit card and valid identification (Passport, Driver’s License or SSS I.D. of both the winner and his/her representative). The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms of identification and a copy of the winner’s TIN.
     
  16. Winner will shoulder the 20% Prize Tax for prizes exceeding PHP 10,000.00 as well as other related vehicle registration fees.
     
  17. The prize is transferable but not convertible to cash or any other item. Prize may be transferred to the winner’s nominated recipient who is able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of prize.
     
  18. All participating malls and VISA reserve the right to disclose and publish name, photos and other information of the winner in any mode or manner, as relevant to the Promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
     
  19. SM Supermalls and Visa reserve the right to disclose and publish name, photos and other information of the winner in any mode or manner, as relevant to the Promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
     
  20. Employees, Management and Board of Directors of Shopping Center Management Corp. and VISA and its accredited advertising agencies and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
     
  21. The promo organizer’s decision with regards to the Promo Mechanics, winners and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.
     
  22. By participating in the promotion and/or accepting the prizes, the promotion cardholder agrees to hold Visa and SM free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participating in the promotion or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance in the promo
     
  23. SM Retail Affiliate Stores, SM Supermalls, and Visa will not replace lost or damaged receipt caused by the cardholder.

The winning e-raffle tickets shall be drawn using the LANDBANK IpoNalo Raffle System. 9. Gadget prizes are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash. 10. Major cash prizes shall be credited to the accounts of the winners. 11. Withholding tax on cash prizes shall be paid by the bank. 12. Winners shall be notified by the LANDBANK Corporate Affairs Group (CAG) via registered mail, email and mobile number and will also be published on LANDBANK’s official Facebook Page. 13. Names of winners shall be posted on the LANDBANK website and other official social media pages (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Viber, etc.) 14. To claim the prize, winner must present the following to the branch of account: a) one (1) photo-bearing government issued ID b) Copy of notification letter sent by Corporate Affairs Group 15. The winner shall personally sign the Acknowledgement Receipt at the branch where the winning deposit account is maintained. a) For Sole Proprietorship, the receipt of the prize shall be to the proprietor/owner of the winning deposit account. b) For joint “and” accounts, all depositors must be present to sign the Acknowledgement Receipt. If a co-depositor is not available, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) must be executed in favor of the other depositor to sign the Acknowledgement Receipt. In case of “or” account, any one of the depositors may sign in the Acknowledgement Receipt, provided the other depositor was properly informed by the depository branch. c) For Institutional depositors, authorized signatories may sign in the Acknowledgement Receipt. 16. If the winner is unavailable/unable to claim the prize personally, an original copy of a notarized Special Power-of-Attorney (SPA) must be presented authorizing a representative to claim the prize on their behalf. 17. The deposit account of the winner must be active and not closed during the promo period until the cash prize is credited to their account. 18. All other expenses in claiming the prizes shall be paid by the winners-depositors. 19. Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification. 20. Prizes not claimed until December 31, 2025, shall be forfeited in favor of the Bank with prior approval of DTI. Other Conditions 21. That by participating on this LANDBANK IpoNalo Promo, the accountholder winner/s hereby agrees to authorize LANDBANK to use and disclose their personal information, including but not limited to their name and branch of account for whatever marketing purposes relative to this promo. Furthermore, agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on LANDBANK Website, social media pages, and press releases. 23. The prize of an accountholder whose account was closed, for whatever reason, as of the date of raffle prize crediting, is automatically forfeited. 24. All disputes related to the promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period. 25. In case of any dispute, the decision of the LANDBANK with the concurrence of DTI shall be final with respect to the Promo, including eligibility, e-raffle ticket entitlement and prize crediting. 26. LANDBANK reserves the right to refuse to award the prize if the documents submitted are incomplete, insufficient, and inadequate or when the Bank has any reason to believe that any of the documents submitted is spurious or forged. 27. The Bank, in concurrence of DTI, reserves the right to discontinue, or cancel the promo at any time. 28.
