To report your lost/stolen ATM Cards you may perform the following:

  1.  iAccess


  1. Log-in to
  2. Click on the "Report of Lost/Stolen ATM Card" link under "Features" which can be found on the upper right part of the screen.


  1. LANDBANK Mobile Banking Application (MBA)


  1. Open and Log-in to the MBA
  2. Click More
  3. Select Mobilock
  4. Select the account you wish to lock
  5. Lock the account and click submit

  2. Press "2" for more LANDBANK Phone Access Services
  3. Enter your 10-digit Account Number
  4. Enter your 4-digit Telephone Access Number/ATM PIN
  5. Press "2" to report lost or stolen card
  6. Wait for the system to prompt for the acknowledgement number as proof that your card has been successfully blocked / tagged as "hot card".

Card replacements may be requested at your branch of account. Please take note of the following requirements:

• Notarized Affidavit of Loss

• At least 1 Valid ID

• Card Replacement Fee
